Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There are no ads, no account and no subscription. Spince plays music you already have on your PC.
Where does my music come from?
From the folders on your PC that you choose. Spince reads MP3, FLAC, M4A, Opus and more, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Does the phone app work on its own?
It pairs with Spince on your PC, which holds your library. Your music streams from your PC to the phone, so Spince needs to be running there.
Can I play on my speakers?
Yes. Spince casts to Google Nest and Chromecast speakers on your home network.
Windows warned me about the installer
That's normal for new apps that aren't code-signed yet. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
